The Sicilian Autoctonous

Over the course of the years, Firriato has become the guardian of an ampelographic heritage that is unequalled in Sicily. This historic, island wine brand has taken on the job of carefully preserving, grape harvest after grape harvest, the excellence of a raw product which is unequalled in its quality and organoleptic complexity.

One of this production philosophy’s strong points lies in it constantly striving to enhance the Sicilian native varieties. Every single variety has been planted in a specific environment where it best exhibits all its attributes. This tasting celebrates the native vine varieties and their features interpreted according to the Firriato method.

The tasting programme includes six wines, including whites, reds, passitos and sparkling wines.

This tasting is open to booking by the public and there is no minimum number of participants required.
