It is a tasting that starts off quietly but ever so slowly grows in intensity bringing you to understand how important the qualitative aspects of a wine’s terroir of origin are in its aging.

Every single wine enthusiast is able to choose the label for the tasting from a list of 7 top wines which include four reds Camelot, Harmonium, Ribeca and Cavanera Rovo delle Coturnie, and three whites Favinia La Muciaria, Quater Bianco and Cavanera Ripa di Scorciavacca.

This tasting requires a minimum of four participants.
