This tasting is the well-suited one for those who want to approach the world of wine according to Firriato’s philosophy through the history and culture of the territory.The format includes a tour of the vineyards of Baglio Sorìa. This will be followed by the guided tasting which includes the tasting of 5 wines told by our Sommelier who will focus on the agronomic practices, the winemaking techniques of each label and will end with the sensory analysis of the wines.
