Its Majesty the Fish

The Mediterranean Sea is a pristine place inhabited by fish and shellfish with unique flavours, known and appreciated throughout the world for their high nutritional quality: from Mazara’s Red Prawn to the prized Red Tuna and Amberjack through the Lobster fished around the small island of Marettimo. This cooking class celebrates the locally caught Made in Sicily fish products and the preparations that can enhance their organoleptic characteristics. All fish products used during the lesson are strictly local and meet strict parameters of freshness, safety and traceability. The cooking class has a total duration of 2 hours and 30 minutes and includes the tasting of the dishes prepared in the class, paired with Firriato label wines.
