At the La Riserva Bistrot restaurant, inside the Cavanera Etnea Wine Resort in Castiglione di Sicilia, an evening dedicated to good taste, with a selection of exclusive dishes created by Executive Chef Andrea Macca, paired with Firriato wines chosen by our expert Sommeliers.

Swordfish Puffs Marinated in Citrus Fruit, Sicilian Verdello Potato Pie Stuffed with Sour Tropea Onion
